The story of GTA V revolves around three main characters whose lives intersect through crime, betrayal, and and chaos in the vast,a open world of Los Santos.

• Michael De Santa: A retired bank robber living in a mansion. He is trying to enjoy family life but gets pulled back into crime.
• Franklin Clinton: A young street hustler who wants to rise in the world. He meets Michael and sees an opportunity to make a significant amount of money.
